Fully Guided Fishing
With the fully guided fishing package, one of our captains will assist you on your fishing trip in one of our fully equipped fishing vessel, complete with a heated cabin, private heads, surround sound music, shock-absorbent seats, dual 200 Honda outboards, and an arsenal of top-of-the-line fishing gear. Our Captains will assist you in finding the best location, baiting hooks, and anything else you may need while aboard. Skilled fishermen? Our captains are happy to step back and let you fish your way!

Misty Fjords Tour (via boat)
Explore Misty Fjords, one of nature’s most spectacular creations, while cruising in luxury aboard one of the fastest sightseeing vessels in Alaska. Delight in the unhurried exploration of Rudyerd Bay and learn the natural history of the fjords while gliding quietly near 3,000-foot vertical cliffs and glistening waterfalls.

Misty Fjords Flightseeing (viewing via float plane)
Hop on a floatplane and experience the freedom of flight. Fly over the Misty Fjords National Monument with its alpine lakes and glacial bays. Breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and evergreen forests await.
Explore wildlife from above, where you can see hearty mountain goats deftly maneuver the sheer cliff faces. Finally, touchdown on a saltwater fjord or mountain lake and feel the colossal beauty with all your senses. Departure and return from our very own Salmon Falls dock.

Fly-Out Fishing Expedition
Soar by floatplane over Ketchikan’s breathtaking wilderness to remote fishing spots. With expert guidance, cast your line into pristine waters for wild salmon, trout, and more, surrounded by stunning scenery and wildlife. C

Flightseeing & Bear Viewing Combo
This is your chance to visit the world-class Anan Creek Bear Observatory, known for its high concentration of brown and black bears living in their natural habitat. The guided tour is 4 hours in total length and includes a 40-minute flight each way to the site, followed by a .5 mile walk up a boardwalk trail to the Observatory.
You will have plenty of time to watch both species of bears fishing for salmon as they make their way upstream. A highlight would be to see sows with their cubs, who are often present due to the abundance of food and the natural protection the area provides. An on-site US Forest Service staff are available to answer your questions.

Flightseeing: The weight of each guest by full name is required for all float plane excursions at time of booking. If the weather and/or water conditions are not suitable for a flight, the aviation company may cancel up to the day and/or time of float plane departure. Although the aviation company will do all possible to reschedule, the resort nor the aviation company can guarantee rescheduling.
Half Day Adventures
Crabbing and Coastal Cruise
Departing from the dock at Salmon Falls Resort, set sail on a for on a sunset crabbing cruise through the Inside Passage to Traitor’s Cove. There, your Captain will assist you with setting, dropping and pulling your own pots. Between the action, you’ll be treated to beer, wine, and special chef-prepared appetizers. When it’s time to pull the pots, you’ll filter through your catch, throwing back hitchhikers such as starfish and octopus, while keeping those tasty Dungeness crab. No experience necessary!
Back at the resort, Chef will prepare your catch for you to enjoy!

Salmon and Halibut Cooking Demonstration with Alaksa Microbrew or Wine Pairing
Presented by our Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine, we provide you with a private cooking demonstration in which Chef prepares a salmon and halibut dish, each paired with Alaskan Microbrews or hand-picked wine. Your taste buds won’t be disappointed! Prepared on the Mezzanine level in Timbers restaurant. Leave with two recipe cards of the prepared dishes to share your catch with friends and family back home.

Alaska Wildlife Kayak Eco-Tour
Paddle on the protected ocean waterways of Clover Pass for a slow-paced journey circumnavigating 2 to 3 small islands. Our local waterways feature an immense array of inter-tidal life, a bald eagle nest, resident seals and sea lions and the potential to encounter many types of migratory birds, Sitka deer, Pacific porpoises, humpback whales and Orcas. With a maximum of 6 guests to a guide, these kayak tours are very intimate and educational.

Includes local round-trip transfers to Clover Pass, orientation, professional guide, kayaking equipment, all-weather gear (life jacket, rain pants, jacket) with snacks and beverages upon return to the scenic marina.
Southeast Alaska Eco-Bike and Hike
Revillagigedo Islands’ paved road system. This road dead ends at the edge of extensive wilderness, where you will start your guided hike on an enjoyable trail through dense rainforest, along a stream featuring a beautiful waterfall with a late season salmon run. This hike features a wide array of flora and fauna with beautiful beach views and wildlife sightings such seals swimming, salmon jumping and on occasion humpback whales feeding near the shoreline.
The bike ride is just over 10 miles round-trip, and the hike is about 1.25 miles. Weight limit of 250 lbs, guests under 5′ tall may be challenged with handling the size and weight of the e-bikes.

Southeast Alaska Zodiac Adventure
You’re the Captain Now! Follow your guide while driving your own military grade inflatable fast boat around the rainforest islands of the Inside Passage in search of bald eagles nests, seals & sea lions, an immense array of inter-tidal creatures and feeding humpback whales!
3 hours with 2.5 hours of cruising | maximum 4 people per zodiac
Includes: Orientation, Self-Drive training, all-weather zodiac gear (life jacket, skiff suit, dry bags, boots, socks, gloves,) life jacket, and professional guide in lead boat. Departure and return from our very own Salmon Falls dock.

Rainforest Canopy Ziplining Adventure
After a short drive from Salmon Falls Resort to Knudson Cove, you will soar through the scenic forest on an interactive and thrilling Alaska zip-line adventure, designed for all levels of outdoor enthusiasts. Friendly and knowledgeable guides will handle the equipment and ensure you experience a one-of-a-kind ride, while navigating through a series of zip-lines and snapping a few photos along the way. No experience is necessary.
2.5 hours with about 2 hours of ziplining | minimum 4 people
Includes local roundtrip transfers to Knudson Cove, orientation, helmet, and equipment. Minimum weight of 70 pounds/Maximum weight of 270 pounds. Not recommended for expecting moms or guests with back, neck or spinal conditions. Under 18 yrs of age must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
Hump Island Oyster Farm Tour
Our partners, Hump Island Oyster Company and Bonfire Bay Tour Company, join forces to provide one of Ketchikan’s most unique culinary experiences. Your adventure begins with a scenic cruise through Clover Passage waterway, where guests are often treated to wildlife sightings including whales, seals, eagles, and sea lions.
Once at Hump Island, you’ll get a first-hand look into the daily operations of oyster farming in Alaska. An immersive touch-tank allows guests to see—and feel—the amazing biodiversity that lives within oyster stacks. To cap off the day, visit the tasting room to sample the freshest farm-to-table oysters paired with your choice of a glass of champagne or locally brewed Alaskan beers while you enjoy the views of the farm and surrounding area.

Rev up your engines and tackle the rugged trails of the Tongass National Forest in brand-new 2025 Polaris RZR XP 1000s. Experience the thrill of off-road driving while soaking in spectacular views of Behm Canal, Alaska’s Inside Passage, and the lush Tongass wilderness.

Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Participants must weigh between 40-300 lbs and be at least 57in tall. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
